NEROLI was born from my love for Italy — its timeless art, natural beauty, enchanting gardens, and the simple pleasure of enjoying wonderful food in beautiful surroundings.
I dreamed of bringing a little of that magic to Sunny Beach — the charm of a Sicilian garden, the artistic spirit of the Italian Renaissance, and a place with its own identity and soul.
I imagined a place where people could come together, share conversations, celebrate special moments, discover new interests, and simply enjoy being together.
I wanted to bring my love for beauty and aesthetics into every little detail — from the atmosphere and cozy corners to the way food is presented and, most importantly, how it tastes. Fresh ingredients, quality, and rich, authentic flavors have always been just as important to me as beautiful presentation. Beautiful on the plate, delicious at heart, and prepared with the care you would expect at home.
My dream was never to create something formal or pretentious. I wanted NEROLI to have character, warmth, and soul — a place for inspiring experiences, a quiet coffee on a cold day, or a relaxing afternoon in a beautiful garden.
Perhaps that is why so many of our guests call NEROLI a hidden gem. And for me, there is no greater compliment.
